Position Summary

 Location: Bentonville, AR 

 

Compensation: $25/hr

 

Hours: Monday-Friday, up to 30 hours a week between the hours of 8AM-5PM

  

Position Summary: Collaborates with the Porter CEMs on a daily basis to address client needs and tasks at hand. Tasks could include, but not limited to field measurement, décor placement, CAD updates, ETC. This position is designed to provide a well-rounded educational experience with direct contact with One Workplace team members, clients, and partners. This is a paid, onsite internship. There may be some virtual meetings, held at the discretion of the Client and CEMs.  

  

Position Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Supports Client Experience Managers (CEMs) by assisting with special projects on site.
  • Assist in internal and external client meetings to gather project information
  • Assist in managing furniture inventory
  • Documentation of as-builts throughout the Bentonville Campus
  • Fulfill weekly/daily requests from client or EVPs 

 

Qualifications:

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university, in progress.

 

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Oral and written skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work independently, creating their own workflow and structure.
  • A collaborative attitude, valuing and respecting others’ input.
  • Ability to quickly learn or have experience using Microsoft office, AutoCAD
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
